Approval and modification of:

• Tariffs on sending of domestic letter-post items (postcards, letters, packets);
• Tariffs on sending of domestic telegrams;
• Tariffs on assignment of inter-city telephone connection to the subscriber (user) of fixed-line telephony system for the transmission of voice data, fax and information;
• Tariffs on distribution of all-Russian TV and radio;
• Tariffs for access to a network of local telephone service, regardless of the type of telephone loop (wire line or radio link) of the fixed-line telephony system;
• Tariffs on assignment of local telephone connection to the subscriber (user) of fixed-line telephony system for the transmission of voice data, fax and information (except payphones);
• Tariffs for the assignment for permanent use of the telephone loop regardless of its type to the user;
• Tariffs on assignment of intrazone telephone connection to the subscriber (user) of fixed-line telephony for the transmission of voice data, facsimile and information.
