Setting and changing of:

• Wholesale gas prices at the exit from the system of trunking gas pipelines transport, recovered by JSC Gazprom and its affiliates, realized by the consumers of the Russian Federation.
• Minimum and maximum limits of wholesale prices for gas, produced by JSC Gazprom and its affiliates, sold by consumers of the Russian Federation in respect of which the principles of state regulation under paragraphs 15.1 - 15.3 of the Basic Regulations of formation and state regulation of gas prices and tariffs for services for its transportation in the territory of the Russian Federation, approved by RF Government Decree of 29 December 2000 ¹ 1021, are applied.
• Wholesale prices for gas produced in the regional gas supply systems by the following organizations: JSC Norilskgazprom (Krasnoyarsk), OJSC Yakutgazprom (Republic of Sakha-Yakutia), OJSC Kamchatgazprom (Kamchatka region), OJSC Pechoraneftegazprom (Nenets) , OGUP Sakhalin Oil Company (Sakhalin region), OJSC "Oil Company" Rosneft "(gas supply in the Sakhalin region and the Khabarovsk Territory).
• Tariffs for gas main pipelines transportation for independent organizations.
• Tariffs for gas transportation through gas pipeline branch owned by independent organizations.
• Tariffs for gas transportation on gas distribution networks.
• Rate for supply and domestic services.
• Wholesale prices for liquefied petroleum gas for domestic use.
• Tariffs for services on oil and petroleum products main pipelines transportation
