Legal Department

The main tasks and functions of the Legal Department are:

• Legal enforcement of functions of FTS of Russia in the specified field of activity
• Representation and protection of interests of FTS of Russia in arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction, referees courts, state authorities, local self-government authorities, prosecutors and other organizations
• Legal support of internal activities of FTS of Russia
• Legal review of draft regulations of FTS of Russia for compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation submitted for approval by the management of FTS of Russia, as well as legal review of documents submitted for signing to the management of FTS of Russia
• Preparation of opinions on draft federal laws and other regulations coming the FTS of Russia for approval
• Preparation jointly with structural units of FTS of Russia of draft orders issued by FTS of Russia, pursuant to federal laws, acts of the Russian President and the Russian Government, as well as resolutions of other state authorities
• Legal support registration of regulations of FTS of Russia in the Russian Ministry of Justice
