Exercise the following powers:
- registration of the prices for the production of nuclear fuel cycle;
- registration of the prices for defense products;
- approval of tariffs for the assessment of vulnerability of transport infrastructure and vehicles;
- assessment in accordance with the established procedure of state customers` bids concerning the levels of projected prices for defense products during the drafting of the state defense order;
- harmonization of prices in conducting of state purchasing and commodity interventions on agricultural products, raw materials and food as well as fees for services on their storage;
- harmonization of marginal producer prices for vital and essential drugs;
- development of regulatory legal acts:
- methodological guidance on definition by the executive authorities of the entities of the Russian Federation of maximum wholesale and retail markups to the actual producers` transfer prices for vital and essential drugs;
- methodological guidance on calculation of tariffs for transportation and storage of detained vehicles.
