Prepares the proposals on establishment and modification of prices, fees and charges for work (services) of natural monopolies entities, carried out in the field of:

-        railway transportation (except transit);

• tariffs, fees and charges related to the implementation in public/non-public places of works (services) related to the field of rail transport (excluding transit);
• tariffs, fees and charges in the sphere of provision of services on the use of public rail transport infrastructure;
• outstanding (taking into account special conditions of transportation) tariffs for rail transportation (except transit);

-        Provision of services on the use of public railway transport infrastructure.

Approval and modification of tariffs, fees and charges for work (services) of natural monopolies entities performed (implemented) in the following areas:

-        services in transportation terminals, ports, airports;

-        services of icebreaking fleet on the lines of Northern Sea Route;

-        services on using the infrastructure of inland waterways;

-        air navigation services;

Prepares the proposals for the establishment of a ceiling tariffs on NME`s services.
